“Feels good not to be bombarded with questions in the procurement process”

The Tranås municipality needed a framework agreement for trenchless rehabilitation of pipes. The agreement was to include methods that may come to be relevant for the municipality in the future.  – We are a small municipality and we wanted to make sure that the procurement was done correctly. Valuable time is always lost when procurements are halted, and normally there are loads of questions we must answer. That’s why we turned to Johan Lundberg AB to first create a needs analysis and from it create the procurement data. – This time our phones were completely silent. As it appeared, the procurement documents were crystal clear and we didn’t get a single question. That says a lot about quality.
