Johan Lundberg AB was asked to conduct a pre-study for the project. We could instantly see that drilling could be replaces with trenching in one of the sections. All the was needed was a simple move od existing pipelines for district heating. The adjustment decreased budgeted costs with 5 million SEK.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the proceeding project, we could shorten the total distance, which in itself saved 1.2 million SEK. We also pointed out potential areas of risk and ensured that a geotechnical investigation was done.
